We leverage our geographically diverse datacentres across Australia and New Zealand to build a resilient network that automatically fails over in the event of an upstream outage. Our 10 datacentres have diverse connectivity to local ISPs allowing us to route around upstream issues. Further, our datacentres are interlinked with high-speed intercapital fibre, meaning we can re-route traffic between cities in the event of an interruption.
All servers include IPMI management, which is a web portal for your server which allows you to issue power commands (start, stop, restart) directly to the power controller, as well as view a remote console (like Remote Desktop).
This runs on a separate network, so is a lifesaver if you lose access to your OS. You can also mount ISO files and reinstall the OS through IPMI.
We also include an advanced security and threat system, which logs and alerts you to any malicious DDoS attacks targeting your server.
